Suter Viandes has been a Vaudois butcher's shop since 1871. After four generations in the Suter family, it is now the second generation of the Gerber family that is at the head of our family business. The butchers have been refining meat and producing sausages according to traditional recipes for 150 years. Direct human contact with partners and customers is a priority. Suter Viandes offers a complete range of meat, poultry and charcuterie products, many of which are certified with the VAUD+ regional brand. Specialties include stale meat on the bone, IGP Vaud sausage and IGP Vaud cabbage sausage, roast sausage, cooked hams, not to mention the traditional Vaud pâté.
