Who are we?
It all began in 1997, when Yvette and Gérald Hoffer, after running a small local grocery store for several years in the charming Pays-d’Enhaut region, decided to embark on the craft of handmade caramel.
Driven by a desire to share homemade, high-quality products, they developed a traditional recipe that combined authentic flavors with true artisanal know-how.
Little by little, their business found its place at the heart of the region and beyond, built on a love of craftsmanship and a passion for fine products. Their expertise and dedication to creating these sweet treats quickly won over a loyal following.
After several successful years, their daughter Alexandra Yersin-Hoffer and her husband Bernard, both farmers, took over the family business. Together, they are committed to continuing Yvette and Gérald’s legacy while bringing a new dimension to the art of caramel making.
