CROQU'TERROIR

Croqu'Terroir is a family business of direct sales located in the Broye vaudoise, in Granges-sous-Trey. Favoring a close relationship with its customers, Croqu'Terroir offers quality and seasonal products, grown and processed on the farm. One of the flagship products is cold-pressed rapeseed oil, produced in a VAUD+ certified oil mill in the canton of Vaud, in order to preserve all its taste and nutritional values. Other products such as jams, chutneys and syrups are made with fruits and vegetables from the family's orchard and vegetable garden or from the Vaud region. Croqu'Terroir also offers potatoes produced on the farm and available in several varieties, firm for cooking or floury.
