By pushing the door of the Moulin de Sévery, you will discover a unique universe. That of the artisanal oil mill which will welcome you around a guided tour to make you relearn simple moments filled with taste and novelty.

Located at the foot of the Jura, along the river "La Morges", the Moulin de Sévery is the last mill in Switzerland to carry on its artisanal activity throughout the year. From father to son, since 1810, the transmission of knowledge has allowed the perpetuation of the know-how and the mastery of the techniques of the artisan oil-maker. In order to preserve the vitamins and develop the aromas, the oils are cold pressed.
The Moulin de Sévery's products are the result of a local and fair production chain, based on a privileged relationship with local farmers.
