Originally raising cows and making Etivaz cheese in Rossinière, Jean-Robert Henchoz and his wife Anne turned to sheep in the 90s. At the beginning, they had only a few animals, but today more than 1000 sheep allow the Henchoz family to offer you its numerous products.
