Description of the offer
The couple formed by Chantal and Sébastien created Séb Eau by taste of fruits and syrups.
Indeed, it was obvious for Sébastien, a syrup enthusiast since childhood, to develop a natural syrup, far from industrial chemical syrups.
The fruits, colors and flavors are 100% natural. For the syrups, liqueurs, gin and rum, all the fruits we use are selected directly from the producers. The fruits are put in maceration only during their seasonal harvest period. The spices and the sugar come to punctuate the aromatic of the fruits, the spices (or other ingredients used as such, like Cannabis, Mint or Ginger) are also selected for their high quality and are mainly resulting from Swiss fair trade channels. The pure beet sugar is also from Swiss agriculture and is used only in small proportion, to add a little more sweetness to the natural sugar already present in the fruit. The duration of the macerations varies according to the needs of each recipe in order to extract the best aromatic concentrate for each of them (average 2 to 4 months). These macerations are stopped at their peak, in order to freeze the aromatic stability at the moment when it is most harmonious. All the steps, from the maceration, through the bottling, to the labeling, are done by hand. In order to enhance the environmental approach, each element that makes up the bottles has been chosen for its durability.
The Séb Eau range is free of colorants and preservatives. Some syrups and alcohols are organic. The production is entirely made in the region by Chantal and Sébastien.
Conservation : 1 year closed and four months open in a cool place.
